We assess your current needs and go over your long-term business goals and budget. You purchase a fixed number of hours per month based on your needs at a reduced rate. We implement any immediate solutions, and setup a regular Bi-Monthly Visit to your office.

During these visits we will be; (in the following priority)

• 1. Handling service requests from users
  
• 2. Run our regular Maintenance Procedures on all workstations
  
• 3. Perform backups of all Workstations and Servers,
  
• 4. Technology Consultion & Training
• 5. Monitoring backups, virus logs and server event logs,
  
• 6. Update security patches on Workstations
  & Server

We'll have a sign up sheet every week for people to list their issues and one designated person to approve the tasks to be handled by us.

Phone support will be included in the monthly fixed price.

In the event that an emergency arises and you need us to handle a problem outside of your regular visit, our standard rates will apply, based on the nature of the emergency. A Rush Charge of $50 will apply for any service call which needs to be scheduled within 4 hrs. of your call or when the service call needs to be preformed outside of normal business hours.
