Our Premium Support Service is a value added program designed with your businesses’ needs and budget in mind. It is our service contract solution for small to medium sized business in need of experienced, highly skilled computer support engineers.

By becoming a Premium Support client you will receive;

  • free phone support,
  • No Rush Fee for Rush Response
  • your computer & network systems will be documented and organized; all your important and valuable information will be at your fingertips,
  • your account will be managed and serviced by a senior engineer,
  • and you will have access to other value added programs such as our Remote Repair and Troubleshooting Service, which allows us to diagnose and repair problems remotely, reducing our response time and saving you money from having an engineer come on-site .

Preventative Maintenance & Support
Most times you see a technician when there is already a problem, causing an interruption in your business. We have regular service schedules to treat small problems before they become large ones. We don’t just provide bandages for your computer problems; we take a more pro-active approach. We minimize potential problems by employing a custom maintenace schedule desiged to:
  • Standardize your computer systems,
  • Monitor daily backup jobs,
  • Monitor & manage virus protection activity
  • Monitor network & server performance
  • Preform Security updates and patches to Operating Systems
  • Document and inventory all equipment, network settings, and software licenses.

Costs
16 hr Block = $2,016 ($126/hr) - Recommended for offices with 5-12 computers

32 hr Block = $3,776 ($118/hr) - Recommended for offices with 13-25 computers

64 hr Block = $7,040 ($110/hr) - Recommended for offices with 26-50 computers

1 Hour Minimum Charge per On-Site Visit
